Since last Sunday's Golden Globes, the Time's Up movement has reached a fever pitch, with Hollywood clearly standing behind the organization that addresses harassment, systemic inequality, and injustice against women in all workplaces. It was Time's Up that called for the attendees of the Golden Globes to wear black and provided the pins that many of the male and female attendees wore.

The newly formed woman-powered (many of which are actresses) organization will subsidize legal support for victims of sexual harassment in the workplace and bring greater awareness to the problem. If you want to get involved, you can donate to the organization's Legal Defense Fund (they've already raised a whopping $16.2 million), offer your services if you're an attorney, and/or purchase Time's Up merchandise (100% of proceeds to go the Legal Defense Fund).

Among the items on offer is a logo T-shirt (which comes in both fitted and traditional styles and in both black and white) that celebrities like Jessica Chastain, Natalie Portman, and Brie Larson are already wearing. Although the shop just launched a few days ago, the important tees already have a four- to six-week wait list due to "overwhelming demand." It looks like members of the Hollywood community aren't the only ones lending their support to the new organization.

Keep scrolling to pre-order your tee today and see it in action on celebrities' Instagrams. And while you're waiting for it to come in, consider investing in another celebrity favorite: Eriness Jewelry's Resist Necklace. Twenty percent of all proceeds are donated to Planned Parenthood. Emma Roberts, Olivia Wilde, and Yara Shahidi all have one.
