One of the first sites I hit up when scouring the internet for the latest and greatest fashion picks is Nordstrom. It's a no-brainer due to its excellent selection of essentials, trendy pieces, designer selects, and everything in between. Another plus is the great size availability and the range of price points. I know I'm not alone in this, as many in the fashion set have been spotted in Nordy finds as well.

Some of the items I see sported the most are elevated basics. These pieces are everyday classics with a trendy update or modern, polished twist. In fact, there are six particular items I see fashion people wearing the most that can be found at Nordstrom. I rounded up my favorites of each item to wear now and for many more seasons to come, from lightweight outerwear to cool sunglasses and standout knits. Many can even be mixed and matched. Keep scrolling to discover and shop each stylish pick for yourself.
