I Tried on 35 Pieces From Shopbop—These are The 11 I Would Buy Right Now

There’s so doubt about it, Shopbop is one of my go-to shopping destinations that I always look to for cool new fashion finds. So, when I recently had the chance to try out some of their best items at home, I was eager to share which ones landed on my must-buy list. After slipping into dozens of pieces, I landed on some of my favorites that I think are essentials to wear now and for the months to come.

My top picks revolve around closet essentials, but each one has a little twist. From jeans with ‘90s-level rips at the knees to a sherpa checkerboard jacket to a collared shirt embellished with crystal fringe, I promise that these items will liven up the basics sitting in your wardrobe. Here, see the 11 fashion finds I’m recommending you add to your shopping cart right now. I promise, you’ll find some amazing pieces. Did I mention they start at $90?

Ripped jeans:

If there's one piece I'm absolutely obsessing over right now, it's ripped jeans—and this pair is simply perfect. I love that they have big rips at the knees that feel like an ode to the original styles we saw in the '90s. Plus, the fit is perfect. They're fitted at the waist and a bit loose throughout the legs for a true throwback feel.

Shacket + Rubber Boots:

If there's one piece that's trending big right now, it's the shacket. Admittedly, it isn't something I currently have in my closet, so I was excited to try the piece out for myself. Paired with rubber boots, it's the perfect transitional piece to wear now and long into winter.

Second-skin top:

One of my absolute favorite trends from the S/S 21 collections? Second-skin tops. Spotted in the collections from designers including Prada, Miu Miu, Givenchy, and Marine Serre, it's definitely one to scoop up and start wearing right now.

I pretty much live in sweatpants and this pair instantly caught my eye. I love an oversize fit and a slightly off-kilter take on a neutral like this sage green pair.

Sherpa jacket:

My closet is lined with plenty of basics, so I'm always looking for a way to make them feel a bit more special. That includes pieces like this stunning sherpa jacket that takes a wearable shape but adds a checkerboard print to make it feel instantly cool. Here, I wore the jacket with a pair of Levi's I've been eyeing, which proved to be just as flattering as they look.

Embellished button-down:

I have a whole section of my closet dedicated to collared button-down tops and most of them are pretty similar and basic. This one certainly stands out, though. With the crystal fringe details along its neckline, it instantly reads as special.

Tie Cardigan + Relaxed Jeans:

Is it just me or is everyone else just as obsessed with cool cardigan sweaters? This piece from Madewell has fun tie-up details and only clocks in at $90, so it's definitely a great buy. Here, I'm wearing it with another great pair of ripped jeans with a relaxed fit. Clearly, a personal favorite at the moment.

Patterned knit:

I've been seeing so many great patterned knits pop up this season and couldn't resist this beautiful piece from Isabel Marant. With a classic pattern and slightly voluminous sleeves, it's a must-buy.
