There's nothing that gives us more glee than all of the best, most sought-after beauty products strategically grouped together to deliver a truly foolproof shopping experience (especially right now when IRL beauty shopping is a thing of the past). As if answering our prayers, Net-a-Porter did just that. Say hello to the retailer's annual Beauty Hall of Fame—a drool-inducing edit highlighting its crème de la crème assortment of skin, makeup, hair, body, and fragrance heroes carefully chosen to represent the brand's curated vault of beauty must-haves.
NAP explains that its Hall of Fame is comprised of the most trustworthy products that will stand the test of time and satisfy even the nitpickiest and most discerning beauty consumers. “There are some products that stand out from the crowd—and our overcrowded bathroom shelves—because they work well, are a pleasure to use, and deliver results we can see,” adds Newby Hands, NAP's global beauty director, in a press release. Intrigued? We have a hunch you know what to do here, but to get you started, we're highlighting the NAP Beauty Hall of Fame picks our editors are especially besotted with. Keep scrolling! Your beauty wish list is hankering for an update.
Questions about and product recommendation requests for "tech neck" have been a resounding theme thus far in 2020. I have a few favorites that I suggest to anyone who asks, but this one from La Mer is my favorite, hands down. It contains two cutting-edge ingredient complexes—the brand's hero Concentrated Miracle Broth and a super-special Lifting Ferment. Together, they help tighten, firm, and hydrate the skin to visibly reduce the signs of aging.
I recommend you read our full review of this multitasking serum here, but in short, I'd personally dub this the best new serum of 2020. I've used it religiously every morning since the day it launched, and my skin (almost instantly) became smoother, clearer, brighter, and all-around healthier looking.
Face oil fiends, rejoice! The legendary name Augustinus Bader has blessed us all with a very new, very luxurious option. Yep, it has the same TFC8 technology that's made the entire line the stuff of skin-transformative legends, but this bottle is also anchored with beautiful oils like babassu, argan, hazelnut, and karanja. There's no stickiness, greasiness, or residue here, so this oil is perfectly suitable for all skin types. Just be sure to use it sparingly and as the very last step in your skin routine to reap the glowiest result.
What's dreamier than an all-in-one face and hand cream that's specially blended in Paris, smells like vanilla, and utilizes ingredients like sesame oil, shea butter, beeswax, peach leaf, apple, and raspberry extract to resuscitated your skin? Nothing, absolutely nothing.
We're still recovering from the fact that two of our favorite names in beauty (Victoria Beckham and Augustinus Bader) decided to collab and bless us with some of the most luxurious skincare necessities. And bless NAP for pairing our two favorites in this (very giftable!) set. Apply this priming moisturizer and serum before your foundation, and you literally won't know what hit you.
Associate beauty editor Courtney Higgs and I are both newly obsessed with the latest launch from Dr. Dennis Gross. It's free of oil and other potentially pore-clogging ingredients, but it works similar to an oil cleanser, in that you apply it to dry skin, massage it around until you feel like all of the gunk has been purged from your pores, and rinse. Trust us—afterward, your complexion will look plump, luminous, and supple. I've been using it every morning after I sweep my face with micellar water.
We know the leap to Dr. Barbara Sturm is not a painless one. (The price points are quite hefty.) We do think the products are worth the investment, but it all comes down to finding the specific formulas that will support your skin the most. This handy Discovery Set is the perfect way to dip your toe in and test-drive a few different options for the price of one.
Pretty much 90% of the brands on the skincare market are telling us that their product will make our skin glow. Our job? Weeding out all the phonies. That's why we're currently infatuated with Noble Panacea's The Brilliant Prime Radiance Serum, which utilizes super-smart ingredients like glycolic acid and bakuchiol (nature's alternative to retinol) to melt away dullness and reinstate smoothness, radiance, and an even skin tone. Plus, the handy little packs make it so easy to bring your serum with you wherever, whenever.
When in doubt—or whenever you're just not sure what you want to do with your lips—reach for Posh's very own Bitten Lip Tints. This new shade, Chérie, couldn't be prettier and seamlessly amplifies your natural hue. Plus, it's spiked with amazing ingredients like squalane and hyaluronic acid so your pout doesn't go scaly or prune-y this winter.
For anyone who assumes all finishing powders only result in the chalkiest, flashback-caked disasters of our nightmares, think again. This one from Hourglass gives you the perfect lighting effect its name hints at and magically pulls together any makeup vibe with long-lasting finesse.
And while you're at it, we highly recommend complementing your blushing lip look with matching apples and cheekbones. These handy sticks come in the most stunning array of colors (Poppet is a must!) and are so easy to use, blend, and incorporate into your routine no matter how maximalist or minimalist you are.
Tom Ford's new foundation does, indeed, live up to its lofty name. The flexible, undetectable finish covers your bases in terms of cake-proof coverage, it's resistant to sweat and humidity, and it won't change color once you apply it. Oh, and it's filled with amazing additions such as hyaluronic acid and vitamins C and E that a dry winter complexion will oh so happily lap up.
Sorry, but Courtney and I can't contain ourselves over Tom Ford's brand-new fragrance launch, and I'm of the firm belief that every human being needs it in their life. I have never smelled something so juicy, complex, and all-around addicting. It lingers and melts into your skin for a really warm and beautiful finish, but the mix of peach, davana (an aromatic herb native to India), and patchouli is so unique—I've never smelt anything like it. I can't get over it, and the second I spritzed it, I knew it was over for me and every other perfume I ever claimed to love.
Floral, woody, and a tad bit spicy, this stunning French fragrance is the ultimate find for anyone looking to reinvigorate their winter perfume collection. Key notes include jasmine, cedarwood, and a light touch of sparkling saffron.
Each and every scent from Byredo has managed to gain an entirely devoted cult following, but Gypsy Water (a campfire-inspired melding of bergamot, amber, and vanilla), if we were hard-pressed to guess, would have to be at the top of the leaderboard. If you're looking to save some money before you go all the way, we suggest sacrificing your pulse points to the brand's perfectly proportioned roll-on perfume oils until you find your favorite scent.
I don't know (truly) if I've ever met a beauty editor who hasn't lusted after a bottle of this iconic perfume from the legendary nose of Frédéric Malle and master perfumer Dominique Ropion. Fun fact: The fragrance is named after the 1881 novel of the same name (by Henry James) and gets its magnetic reputation from the rich mix of Turkish rose essence, patchouli, benzoin, cinnamon, sandalwood, musk, and frankincense. It's expensive, yes, but it will last you, or whoever you gift it to, a lifetime.
Incense—you either love it or hate it. Since we fall into the latter grouping, we can't not mention how divine this 60-stick set from L'Objet is. As it's purposely reminiscent of 1969 Paris, light one and subsequently melt into warm notes like cognac and caramel followed by muskier strides of leather and oakmoss.
This beautiful bottle of perfume oil from Gucci is a true collector's item for anyone out there who loves rose. It's anchored with musk and vibrant pink pepper, and there's nothing more chic than dabbing it on each morning or evening with the apothecary-modeled pipette.
FYI: These are not your average bath salts. Truly transportive, Senteurs d'Orient's Orange Blossom Bath Salts are the next best thing to traveling to France. Incredibly unique, they're inspired by traditional Lebanese white coffee—a soothing herbal beverage that's simultaneously sweet, floral, and woody. Plus, the formula is infused with magnesium and calcium for upmost muscle relaxation. Simply pour one pouch into the bathtub, and you have a DIY spa.
Augustinus Bader first entered the realm of bodycare a couple of years ago when it launched The Body Cream ($165), and this year, the brand has treated us to two equally glorious follow-ups—this lotion and The Body Oil ($95)—so you can choose your preferred vehicle for max body hydration.
If your hair is on the mend or if you're just in the mood to give your strands a loving dose of TLC, we recommend this high-performance Spa Pack from Iles Formula. You get the Haute Performance Shampoo, the Haute Performance Hair Mask, the Haute Performance Conditioner, and a breakage-discouraging detangling brush.
Think of this new flat iron from the hair gods at T3 as your current flat iron but, like, 10.0. (It's basically the iPhone of hot tools.) Just enter your hair texture and length, and it will set to your optimum custom temperature. Oh, and as if that wasn't already cool enough, it even has a specific setting for second-day hair when you might be veering a little more oily.
There are two types of people in this world: those who love a good scalp scrub and those who would rather rub actual sand in their hair and call it day—aka those who don't care too much. Well, I am here to say that I used to be a member of the latter club until I tried this peppermint and avocado number from Philip B. I should have known I'd love it since everything I've tried from the brand has been shockingly effective, but I couldn't believe the results from this stuff. I had less itch and fewer flakes, and I looked like I had twice the amount of hair thanks to how savvily the formula lifted away strand-flattening buildup. Not to mention, the special combination of sea salt, witch hazel water, arnica flower extract, aloe, and avocado, peppermint, and eucalyptus oils just feels really dang good.
This product has only been out for a couple of months, but I've already gotten every single person in my life hooked on it. Seriously, it's magic. I'd been struggling to keep the lengths of my bleached hair soft, shiny, and strong this year, and this nourishing balm-to-oil formula completely saved the day after just one use. My mom, who is in her 70s and is dealing with some minor hair loss and lots of dryness, is also obsessed. Put it on dry hair and let it sit for at least a half hour (I like to let it marinate for at least a full day or night) and then rinse, shampoo, and condition as normal. Oh, and I probably shouldn't forget to mention that it smells like something concocted in the heavens.

Just like applying sunscreen and brushing your teeth, cleaning your makeup brushes every single day is paramount. (I've found it to be one of the most significant determiners between breaking out and, well, not breaking out.) Tom Ford's formula is a forever favorite.
If you're a lash person (like myself), hold on tight because this odd-looking contraption yields falsie- and extension-level results sans appointment. Use it with the brand's primer and mascara, and you'll find this rod-like, bristle-free tip coats every last millimeter of every last lash to give you amazing definition, coverage, and length. (It's almost absurd.)
If a roller with needles freaks you out but you still want all of the skin-rejuvenating benefits of micro-needling, Nurse Jamie's beloved stamp might be a great compromise. Essentially, this brilliant little gadget creates microimpressions along the top dermal layer to improve the texture, tone, and firmness of your complexion.
NuFace's microcurrent devices are legendary for helping to firm, lift, tighten, and all-around Benjamin Button any areas that are beginning to sag. We're especially huge fans of this nifty little wand that targets fine lines and wrinkles on the mouth, eyes, and forehead, making it a must for anyone looking to lessen signs of aging.
Red carpets might not be a thing at the moment, but back in the day when we would pepper top makeup artists for their best skin-prep recommendations, they'd always reveal a collection of skincare devices from ReFa as an inarguably important part of their kits. This face and body roller is the do-it-all model we favor.
Meet the somewhat surprising item at the top of our beauty wish list this season. Here's the 411: It's a uniquely shaped, satin-covered pillow that provides superior head, neck, and lumbar support, so you can get the good night's sleep that you deserve. Plus, that satin covering we mentioned? It helps minimize wrinkles and is nonabsorbent, so your skin products and natural oils stay on your face and not your bedding.
I feel like I talk about this high-end (but seriously effective) device until I'm blue in the face practically every day of my life. You can read my full review here, but essentially, this adorable little device sculpts and lifts the heck out of your face using cutting-edge microcurrent technology (a treatment that's typically offered in office and that celebrities love). Though it's an investment upfront, microcurrent treatments cost this much and then some when you go to see a professional. So really, you're saving money in the long run. You'll just have to restock on the special gel that you're required to use in tandem with your device.
A beautiful silk eye mask is never a bad idea. I repeat, never. Plus, how stunning is this festive plum color?
