Prince Harry designed the ring himself, with the centre diamond sourced from Botswana. In the couple's first joint interview with BCC, Prince Harry revealed the couple camped out in Botswana ‘under the stars’ in the early stages of their relationship. But it was the two diamonds on either side that proved to be even more special. The diamonds were from Princess Diana’s jewellery collection, as a way to “to make sure that she’s with us on this crazy journey together,” Prince Harry revealed.
