Is it just me, or has Katie Holmes been on a roll with her outfits lately? There was that viral cashmere bra moment and then her perfect $50 Zara shoes, but her latest outfit might just be my favorite. Holmes's outfit is sleek and easy to re-create but packs a major punch at the same time. Chances are you already have several of the pieces you need to copy Holmes's look, but if you don't, it might be time to invest.

Her winning formula? She swapped skinny jeans for neutral wide-leg pants, opted for coordinating black shoes and bag, and finished it off with a striking Mango Lapels Wool Coat ($200) in a burnt orange color that simply screams fall. What's not to love? I'll be the first to admit that I wouldn't normally seek out an orange jacket, but Holmes just #influenced me to buy one ASAP. While her Acne Studios shoes and Louis Vuitton bag aren't exactly budget-friendly, you can absolutely re-create this look with accessories you already own. Scroll down to see how she styled it with a white T-shirt and shop the pieces she's wearing.

Erin Fitzpatrick
Senior News Editor

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 12 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of senior news editor (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
