Kate Middleton Got 2022's Biggest New Blazer Trend for $70 at Zara

Two things Kate Middleton seems to love are blazers and Zara. (Same, Kate, same.) She wears both often. So I can't say I was surprised to see her step out in a Zara blazer for a visit to a charitable organization in London today. Middleton wore Zara's Inverted Lapel Long Blazer, which is a mere $70. (Her white version is almost sold out, but it's still available in a few other colors, so act fast.) She kept the rest of her look simple, opting for wide-leg trousers, a T-shirt, and pumps.

Sure, it's always significant when Middleton wears affordable brands such as Zara, but my point in covering this look is the blazer trend she wore. Our Editorial Director Lauren Eggertsen posted a story back in December declaring collarless blazers the blazer trend of 2022, and lo and behold, we have Kate Middleton wearing one a few months later.

Lapel-less blazers were plentiful on the S/S 22 runways, so it's easy to see why Zara would embrace the polished trend (and why Middleton would be on board). Scroll to see how she styled hers and shop it (and other options) before it's sold out.
