Jennifer Lawrence Wore the Winter Trend That's Excellent With Black Jeans

If you find yourself wanting to copy Jennifer Lawrence's outfits more than ever these days, you're definitely not alone. Winter and fall seem to be where her style really shines, as evidenced by the sheer number of cold-weather outfit ideas she's been giving us lately. Easy and classic essentials like black skinny jeans and wool coats (aka, pieces we probably all own) are her MO these days, and this week is no different. She paired her trusty black skinny jeans with a leopard-print sweater that pops against her otherwise all-black ensemble. Plus, it just looks incredibly cozy.

Pairing a sweater with jeans is like the bread and butter of getting dressed in the winter, so Lawrence's combo of a statement sweater and black jeans is one we'll be trying out next. If you too live in black jeans this time of year, we highly recommend taking a cue from J.Law and going for a boldly printed knit to make your look really pop. Her Sandro sweater may be a luxurious one, but we found some affordable knits that are equally as excellent.
