I Predict This Celeb-Approved J.Crew Piece Could Be the Next Affordable It Item

More often than not, It items are expensive, as they're usually designer. But the good news is that's not always the case. Sometimes items that are actually affordable become It items. And the item I'm here to talk about could be the next one, which has already gotten celebrity approval (Lucy Hale, in this case), and it's one that I've had my eye on after writing a story about the trendiest J.Crew items for spring recently.

While hiking in Los Angeles last week, Hale wore a sweatshirt bearing J.Crew's new logo: CREW. The cozy, boxy sweatshirt comes in navy and white versions, and it's one of several new items emblazoned with the logo, including a baseball cap and crew socks (which are more than a bit meta). I'd say the new era of J.Crew is upon us.
