I just told you that we'd be seeing a lot more celebrity engagements this season, and look at that: Another one just popped up a mere three days later. Today Show host Hoda Kotb revealed on-air that she's engaged to Joel Schiffman. With Savannah Guthrie and the rest of the hosts, Kotb revealed that he proposed on their vacation to Mexico. "We went for our usual vacation," Kotb explained. "We ended up having a little dinner on the beach… he said some beautiful things and got down on one knee."
Of course, we're always most interested in the ring, and Kotb's is certainly beautiful. It's a square-cut diamond with a dark border and a platinum band. She joins other celebrities who have gotten engaged recently, including Freida Pinto, Princess Beatrice, and Elizabeth Olsen.
