It's already been an eventful Monday with the news of the birth of the royal baby and the impending Met Gala, but now we have a new celebrity wedding to ogle. Today Gina Rodriguez released a video from her wedding to Joe Locicero, which took place on Saturday, May 4. Rodriguez first announced her engagement in July 2018, so it's safe to say her fans have been waiting with bated breath to see Rodriguez's wedding dress. Oh, and Jane the Virgin viewers will be pleased to know that her co-star Justin Baldoni officiated the ceremony—how cute is that?

Rodriguez got married in a satin mermaid wedding dress by Spanish brand Pronovias. "Satin is drawn over this lovely and sensual mermaid wedding dress with a draped neckline," Pronovias says of its Ribelia gown. "A very feminine, very sexy and very romantic design. The spaghetti straps descend delicately from the shoulder to merge with the back. A design with a very long train and lots of movement that makes you seem to float."

Next up, Spanish brides are obsessed with this wedding dress trend

Erin Fitzpatrick
Senior News Editor

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 12 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of senior news editor (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
