Welcome to The Great Try-On. With spring officially in full swing, it's time to ready your wardrobe, and we're here to provide a little shopping inspiration. We got to try on some of the best spring pieces from some of your favorite brands and documented it all from our at-home dressing rooms so that you can see how they actually look IRL. We hope that our photos and candid reviews will help you shop for spring wardrobe builders that you'll wear over and over this season and beyond.

The Frankie Shop is pretty much my overall aesthetic goal, always. The brand figured out how to perfectly nail the relaxed-and-slouchy suit look time and time again, it makes the best button-down shirts I've ever seen, and while it is always on-trend, its pieces are somehow always timeless. The combination of all the above is, for me, what makes the pieces worth the slight splurge. Well, today, I got to try on some of the new spring pieces from The Frankie Shop that caught my eye the most. Below, you will see all my try-on pictures along with my honest reviews of each piece. If you're a Frankie lover just like me, you're about to be in for a real treat.

The Frankie Shop Abeni Suit

My Review: This vest-and-trouser set looked exactly how I hoped it would. The spring-forward suit felt trendy and classic all at once and is exactly the kind of thing I would reach for to wear to a work event, a nice dinner with friends, or even for a more casual outing during the day with sneakers. The vest hit at just the right spot, and the pants have that unique belt detail that really sets them apart.

The Frankie Shop Decima Trench Coat

My Review: I am a sucker for a cool trench coat, and this one just might be my favorite yet. The shoulders are padded, which creates such a cool shape. The sleeves also are a standout here thanks to the way they cinch at the wrist. I love wearing trench coats with just about everything, but I won't lie—I was obsessed with how it looked layered over the Abeni suit.

The Frankie Shop Lui Shirt

My Review: Button-down shirts are my kryptonite. I own way too many and wear them way too often, but because of that, I can say with confidence that I know a good shirt when I see one. This Frankie Shop shirt is truly perfection. It has just the right amount of starchiness, and the fit is perfectly oversize. Lately, I love wearing mine with short miniskirts for a fun play on proportions.

The Frankie Shop Felda Suit

My Review: I have been hunting for the perfect slouchy suit, and this is definitely it. This look is definitely worth the splurge since you can wear the blazer and trousers separately and together. Both are such important staples to have in your wardrobe, and buying the suit as a whole will provide endless styling opportunities.

The Frankie Shop Astra Bomber Jacket

My Review: It took me a minute to believe it, but bomber jackets are officially back. The difference this time around is that they are nice and oversize, a look The Frankie Shop does so well. This one was a tad too big for me and my petite frame, but a size down would have been perfect. Overall, I still loved the statement this bigger one made and was happy with how it looked.

The Frankie Shop Frankie Baseball Hat

My Review: Baseball hats are the trendy basic I never knew I needed. The Frankie Shop has many cool color options in the hat I'm wearing here, but this taupe one felt the most versatile for me and the pieces I tend to wear most in my closet. Whether you're looking to upgrade your athleisure attire or want to take a trendy approach to styling your new suit (i.e., the Felda suit you better be buying), a baseball hat will come in clutch every time.
