Fila's cameo in Fendi's F/W 18 runway show earlier this year was a sign of bigger (and even more stylish) things to come for the cult brand. For the very first time, Fila just presented its own runway show in Milan, and there were plenty of amazing activewear and fashion-forward looks to ogle at. However, we immediately zeroed in on one element in particular: Fila's iconic Disruptor sneakers, which were transformed into knit boots in varying colors and patterns.

The OG Disruptors, of course, have long been a celebrity favorite. Emily Ratajkowski, for one, Instagrammed herself wearing the sneakers with cutoff shorts and a crop top to her 19 million followers. The sneakers even nabbed the number two spot on Lyst's roundup of "the hottest women's products" from the second quarter of 2018—beat only by Gucci's logo belt. With that kind of cachet behind a pair of shoes, we wouldn't be surprised if the cool boot versions also took off. Scroll down to see them on the runway and shop Fila's see-now, buy-now items at Saks while we wait for the boots to become available.

Senior News Editor

Erin got her start as a Who What Wear intern over 12 years ago—back when the site only published a single story per day. (Who What Wear has since increased that number twentyfold.) She graduated magna cum laude from USC, which is how she ended up moving to Los Angeles from her hometown of San Diego. In college, she also interned at Refinery29, where she was promoted to editorial assistant and then assistant editor. After nearly three years at R29, she came back to WWW in 2016, where she currently holds the title of senior news editor (as well as the unofficial title of resident royal expert—in case you haven't noticed her numerous Meghan Markle and Kate Middleton stories). She spends her days trying to incorporate her idols, Anna Wintour and Roger Federer, into as many stories as possible. Outside of work, she loves tennis, classic rock, traveling, and smothering her dog with affection.
