I realize as I write this that fall is technically still a few weeks away, but fashion girls everywhere are already itching to wear the upcoming season's trends. We here at Who What Wear have been covering fall 2019's major trends at length, but today we're narrowing in on one specific category: shirt trends. Particularly, shirt trends to wear with jeans.
Denim is and always will be a fall staple, and this year there are four standout top trends that are going to take over as the go-to partners to pair with jeans. From undone cardigans to puff sleeves, the below shirt trends look beyond cool paired with denim of all shapes and truly take the guesswork out of putting an outfit together. Simply pair any of the below with your favorite pair of jeans, add a cool shoe, and your look is done.
Undone Cardigans
The cardigan sweater trend was huge last fall, and that's not going to change this season. However, fashion girls are now wearing their cardigans mostly undone, aside from a button or two. This undone look is the key to making your beloved cardigan feel 2019, and it just happens to be the perfect partner to denim.
