Dior is following in Gucci's footsteps and will head to France to present its Cruise 19 collection. Maria Grazia Chiuri and company have, per Fashionista, chosen to take over the historic Chantilly Stables—located in Chantilly, France—come May 25, 2018.

Though the location is not Paris, it's nonetheless very French. Dior's press release explains that the Grandes Écuries or Great Stables (which just so happen to be the largest in Europe) symbolize "French prestige and art de vivre, or the art of living." Sounds pretty special, no?

Furthermore, Chantilly has a long history with the French fashion house, with many past Dior collections having paid tribute to the city's prestige. (As Fashionista also notes, Dior first paid homage to the town in its F/W 1947 collection, which featured a gown that had been baptized at Chantilly.) We're excited to see what's in store for next month's show. Stay tuned! Until then, shop some of our favorite picks from Dior below.
