6 Under-$50 Lingerie Brands to Add to Your Radar

We're big advocates that looking and feeling your best shouldn't have to come at a high expense. That being said, shopping for lingerie is often an expensive endeavor. Luxury lingerie is an industry all its own rife with skilled laborers that produce those handcrafted lace panties and oh-so-delicate teddies. But pretty lingerie doesn't always have to cost a pretty penny. There are plenty of affordable alternatives that should be on your radar.

And when we say affordable, we mean it. We've vetted the listed brands to ensure you're able to purchase almost everything for under $50. From e-com juggernauts' in-house brands to brands you've been overlooking, these spots are stocked with expensive-looking lingerie. So if you're ready to upgrade from your six-pack of cotton underwear (hey, it's our truth, too) without blowing your budget, shop these affordable lingerie spots ahead.

Savage x Fenty

How could we write an article on accessible lingerie brands without bringing up the queen of it herself? Rihanna's size-inclusive intimates line has been revolutionary for the fashion industry, giving voice and agency to a whole host of women. The brand releases an array of options from sweet and simple designs.

Intimissimi

Intimissimi, a member of Calzedonia's portfolio, is a brand you've definitely seen, even if you've yet to realize it. The Italian intimates line if well known for its partnerships with mega-influencers. We're stoked that amidst all of its recent success, it still keeps its prices within a modest range.

Auden

Target's latest fashion initiative has been focused on intimates and sleepwear. Joining the ranks of the retailer's fashion-forward line-up is Auden, a size-inclusive lingerie brand. The brand's bra sizes run from 32AA to 46G while its underwear comes in an XS to 4X, all under $22.

Iris & Lily

We love stumbling across an Amazon gem, and Iris & Lily is exactly that. The brand features everything from lacy separates to comfy and cozy underwear basics under $20.

Out From Under

If you didn't look at the price tags, you may be fooled into thinking Out From Under is yet another mid-tier contemporary brand Urban Outfitters carries. The forward-thinking designs are reminiscent of pricier lingerie brands. Lucky for us it's an in-house line that's extremely affordable.

Reformation

Just like everything else it does, Reformation's new-ish intimates line is pure gold. The bras, mostly a mix of lacy and mesh bralettes, don't offer much in the way of support, but we can confirm that the underwear options are the most comfortable options in the biz.

Up next, the major swimsuit trend early adopters are already wearing.

A year ago, she left a four-year stint as a fashion editor for Refinery29 to explore the freelance life. Nowadays, she does just about everything from penning online articles (for Who What Wear, Refinery29, Elle, Cosmo, and many more) to writing scripts, styling, and finding ways to fuse her love for both Disney and fashion. Her main beat is fashion (trends, emerging brands, affordable finds, you name it), but you may find her dropping in with a beauty story every now and then. As for her personal style, she'd best describe it as a balanced blend of basics and contemporary trends, often with a dash of Mickey Mouse thrown in for good measure. In her spare time, she can be found coddling my pets (a French bulldog and a rescue cat), curating travel itineraries for her friends, scrolling through Instagram for up-and-coming brands, and watching so-bad-they're-good films.
