The beauty of Black Friday sales is that on top of the amazing deals on gift-worthy items, you'll find highly covetable fashion items for every season of the year from low-priced brands all the way up to designer labels. Since I'm somewhat of an avid shopper, I tend to buy those everyday items I need (aka basics) when I need them, but based on the number of stylish basics I've seen on sale this week, I'm taking advantage and scooping up an array of jeans, tees, sweaters, and coats in bulk even before the arrival of Black Friday.

Some of the best retailers for basics, such as Nordstrom, H&M, Net-a-Porter, are having great sales right now, so if you're like me, your head is probably spinning. I can help with that if you keep scrolling. And if you're not like me and haven't already bought all the basics you need for the time being, you've come to the right place. I rounded up the 11 everyday wardrobe staples that I highly suggest shopping for today as well as the most stylish sale items in each one of those categories. Good luck, folks—these are selling out fast.

Sneakers

Whether you're in need of a classic silhouette, athletic shoes, or the latest It sneakers, you're bound to find some excellent pairs on sale right now, and many of them are well under $100.

Straight-Leg Jeans

In my opinion, straight-leg jeans are the "every day" jeans, and there are so many pairs on sale right now. I suggest buying your favorites in every wash.

Sweaters and Sweatshirts

Since it's really starting to get cold now, it's the perfect time to replace some of your older pilled sweaters (of which I have plenty) or add a few new styles to your wardrobe.

Sunglasses

I don't know about you, but I don't love paying full price for sunglasses since I have so many, but I do wear them every day, so I certainly allow myself to buy a few new pairs every year. (Tip: Shopbop has one of the best selections of discounted sunnies.)

Sleepwear

Another thing I don't love paying full price for is pajamas, but I do love cute pajamas, so sale times are the perfect occasion to snag a few pairs.

Puffers

If you live in a cold climate, you know how essential puffers are, and there are currently tons on sale (including chic ones) before Black Friday.

Simple Jewelry

I've been on a mission to invest in more fine and demi-fine jewelry, and now is the time since prices are seriously slashed left and right.

Bras

Let's face it—nice bras are expensive, but wearing cheap ones doesn't have to be the answer. The answer instead is the plethora of on-sale bras that are stylish and practical to boot.

Leggings

This one hardly needs an explanation. You probably wear leggings for working out, traveling, and lounging, and a variety of great sites are having crazy sales this week, so go ahead and get yourself a new pair (or three).

Knee Boots

Knee boots are a trend, but they're also an everyday item this time of year, so investing in a nice (on-sale) pair is completely justifiable.

Blazers

Blazers are one of the most timeless clothing items you can buy on sale. I've spotted tons of lovely ones at every price point today before Black Friday is even here.
