We all head to Zara for different reasons. Some of us are in search of the latest trends at affordable price points, some of us are looking for accessible workwear pieces, and others are just trying to grab a few cheap basics. If you've indulged in reading Who What Wear before, you know we are overly supportive of all three kinds of Zara shoppers, but today, we're here to speak to the basic-seeking Zara consumers of the world (and hopefully persuade all the rest).

When you really think about it, if there is one category at Zara you can always count on, it's the basics market as a whole. This market, luckily, encompasses many different articles of clothing from T-shirts to LBDs. Ahead, we took the time to sift through all of the basics at the retailer and managed to narrow them down to 14 categories. These 14 categories, when invested in, can help you to create a cohesive wardrobe, one that will have you ready for any occasion at a moment's notice. Since we know you're a busy human being, we can assure you that if you're on the hunt for the best basics at Zara, once you're done with this story, your hunt will be over.

This includes all of the runway, trend, and shopping-driven content that ultimately helps to build a strong brand reputation within the industry. Lauren's role also includes helping to set the fashion direction for all original photo shoots and often styles many of the celebrity cover shoots, including big names like Kaia Gerber, Normani, and Kristen Stewart.

She has also attended multiple fashion weeks, including New York, London, Milan, and Paris, where her personal style has been featured on sites such as Vogue, Harpers Bazaar, and Elle. She prides herself on discovering and supporting small brands and on her knack for a good vintage shopping find. When she isn't working, she enjoys researching and dining at reputable restaurants around both her neighborhood and the globe.
