Bella Hadid Just Wore the Most Polarizing 2020 Trend, Period
Spotted attending the Louis Vuitton menswear F/W 20 show in Paris was Bella Hadid wearing one of the sleeper trends we got very excited about as it began to bubble as a major spring trend: low-rise pants. Since not many people have had a chance to sport all of the hottest pieces from the spring/summer collections just yet, seeing a few rogue 2020 trends out and about is exciting to those of us who predict trends for a living. With that said, spotting Bella Hadid in these low-rise trousers was quite affirming but also scary.
Designers have been dabbling with the return of low-rise pants for a few seasons now, and every time we see a pair waltz down the runway, we both cringe and smile at the same time. This controversial waistline is not something we're used to seeing coming off years of rib-high trousers and jeans dominating the market, but thanks to the latest collections and now Bella, it is confirmed that the return of low-rise pants is here, so get ready to see a ton of this polarizing trend all throughout 2020.
Ahead, see Bella's look and shop our favorite low-rise pants for yourself.
