As the weather warms up, the first signs of spring dressing are emerging. There's already been so much excitement about this year's biggest spring trends, from new bold colors to the easy dress silhouettes that are quickly taking over all of our feeds. The list of trending pieces is never-ending, so I needed to find some affordable options that check all the boxes.

Sierra Mayhew, a New York City–based editor here at Who What Wear, and Brit Harvey, a California-based content creator, have both found many of their spring outfits from Walmart's newest assortment, which is jam-packed with this season's must-have items. The stylish duo has set out to make it easy for everyone who's looking for a budget-friendly way to add pieces to their wardrobes and amp up their spring style, and they seriously scored. From easy-to-wear dresses to patterned tops, these are the pieces they recommend.

Yes, blazers are totally still a thing for spring, especially when they have a pop of color. (Peep the bright red and blue gingham pattern on this one.) Mayhew popped this tailored piece over a white shift dress, creating a preppy spring look that will take you from event to event (which is necessary if your calendar is as jam-packed as mine). As for the dress, Mayhew says it's one of her favorites of the season. "There's nothing I love more than a white dress, so the one that I found on Walmart's site is going to make numerous appearances this spring and summer," she says. "Everything about it feels special: the lightweight fabric, flared sleeves, and subtle V-neck. I simply adore it." But what's the best part (in my opinion)? This whole outfit rings in under $100.

Did you think I'd send you into spring without a denim option? I could never. And the freshest way to pull off classic denim is with a dress. Another trend Mayhew has had her eye on this season is puff sleeves, so she took this opportunity to test it out. "I have been waiting for any excuse to bring out the puff-sleeve tops and dresses in my closet, but adding a new one is even more exciting," she says. "The denim dress is a new take on my favorite spring trend that I just added to my closet. All it takes is one piece to make your outfit feel next level." Mayhew styled this Scoop piece with a pair of baby-blue sandals to add a new shade to this monochromatic look.

Harvey has that beachy style that screams laid-back and chic at the same time, so it's no surprise that she delivered the ultimate cool-girl look for spring. A checked short-sleeve shirt over an ivory ensemble? That's a win in my book. When it comes to her shopping style, Harvey says, "I always ask myself how many different ways can I wear an item. If it's only one or two ways, it's not worth buying to me. But what I love about these pieces is that they're equal parts trendy and versatile."

Take one look at Harvey's Instagram feed, and you'll be surprised that this outfit doesn't have a pop of green or another hint of color. There's a reason for that! "While I'm a huge lover of color, I also love change, so it's hard to commit to one color," she says. "Denim is something I could wear for the rest of my life. I doubt anyone would disagree with that." My take on styling overalls as an adult? Pair them with sleek, on-trend basics like big-buckle footbed sandals and an elevated white sweater (check that subtle sleeve detail) to polish them up.

Nayiri is Who What Wear's senior fashion editor for branded content and based in her hometown, Los Angeles. It all began in 2014 when she landed an internship at the company and never looked back. While she does love writing her fair share of fashion stories, her heart really belongs in the brainstorm room, where she has fun strategizing different ways to create content with our fashion partners so that you engage with the brands you know and love. Her style tends to be more classic (she loves a good black-and-white look with gold accessories), and white pumps are kind of her thing. If she had to pick one person's wardrobe to raid, it would be Rosie Huntington-Whiteley's, and she also has a major obsession with interior design. She's a mom to a 1-year-old baby girl named Sophie, and she fully plans on training her to spot fashion trends by the time she's 10. That's all!
