This Vogue Wedding in the English Countryside Is Pure Magic

Erin Fitzpatrick

We’ve never met a Vogue wedding we didn’t like, but we happen to think the latest one is especially captivating. Held at a picture-perfect estate in the English countryside, jewellery designer Bibi van der Velden’s nuptials to Thomas de Haas were chic from top to bottom.

The bride's embellished, long-sleeve dress—designed by Dutch designer Jan Taminiau, who is a close friend of hers—was gorgeous, but we also loved the rest of the wedding’s charming details. For starters, the couple had a whimsical dress code theme: “A Midsummer Night’s Wilderness.” Plus, they had guests sleep in stylish safari tents with double beds so they could be under the stars all night. How cool is that?
