The Streetwear Brand the Kardashians and Hadids Love

Unravel Project has been on our radar for a while now, what with its hard-to-miss bomber seen worn by every other member of the Kardashian-Jenner clan, Gigi Hadid, and Rihanna. With its S/S 17 showing at Paris Fashion Week and a glowing profile from Vogue.com, it looks like it's about to become an even bigger hit.

The mastermind behind the celebrity-loved streetwear line is its 36-year-old founder and creative director Ben Taverniti. As reported by W in August, the French native's motto is "To create something new, you must first destroy." This maxim is most evident in his pieces, which are distressed, cut, and frayed to the coolest degree.

Most recently, Kim Kardashian West has been wearing the brand's signature lace-up pants while attending shows in Paris, and Kourtney Kardashian was spotted at Unravel's impromptu party at the Plaza Athénée.

Ben Taverniti tells Vogue.com his goal is to "redo the classics." For his most recent collection, the inspiration came from Venice Beach in the '90s, adding a shock of neon to the label's usually all-black offerings.
