You Can Now Raid Kate Moss's Closet—Here's How

Erin Fitzpatrick

When the fashion industry's most illustrious names all come together for one cause, you know it's worthwhile. As Refinery29 pointed out, the Jeans for Refugees project—described as an "artistic fundraising initiative dedicated to helping refugees around the word"—has garnered the support of 100 different celebrities including Kate Moss, Anna Wintour, Naomi Campbell, Claudia Schiffer, Jane Birkin, Twiggy, Victoria Beckham, and others.

Each celebrity has donated a pair of jeans from her own closet to be auctioned online, with all of the proceeds going to the International Rescue Committee. But it gets even better: Each pair of the donated jeans will be hand-painted by artist Johny Dar, turning them into one-of-a-kind works of art. How cool is that?

Bidding for the jeans will end on October 30, but if you can't splurge on the auction, don't fret. Beginning October 24, the customised jeans will be on display at London's Saatchi Gallery—seeing them IRL is the next best thing to having them hanging in your closet, right?
