In an effort to dress a little different from the crowd this coming spring, we’re introducing a provocative number to our wardrobes. While it may look intimidating at first, it's actually a super easy piece to style among other pieces in your wardrobe. Introducing: The sheer turtleneck top. The sheer or "naked" trend shouldn't be feared when styled well. Invest in a sheer turtleneck top of quality and you'll be wondering how you ever lasted dressing without it.

The trend has been seen styled on trendsetters all over the world and appearing on Instagram, so we're taking note for next season. Here are our thoughts on how to style the top:

  1. Style the piece underneath dresses. Think slips or dresses that have movement or are roomy around the chest. Complete the look with a simple pendant necklace.
  2. Style under your basics. Roll up the sleeves of your button-up shirts or basic sweaters and wear the piece underneath, revealing the sheerness at the neck and at the cuffs.
  3. Invest in an incredible bralette and if you're really daring, wear the sheer skivvy on its own and keep the rest of your outfit modest.

Keep scrolling to see the Instagram images we've been inspired by and shop the sheer skivvy for yourself.
