The Cortez sneakers are a classic style from the '70s, and when Nike re-released some of the original designs this year, they popped back onto our radar in a big way. Apparently, we aren't the only ones. Celebs like Bella Hadid, Kaia Gerber, and Martha Hunt are also fans of the style and have been spotted wearing them on repeat. The interesting thing we noticed, though, is that they're all styling them with dresses. So if you want to know how to wear a dress with sneakers, there's no shortage of inspiration.

Martha Hunt mastered the perfect weekend look with a short dress and cropped jacket, pairing her outfit with clean white sneakers. For a more unexpected look, Kaia Gerber wore her Cortez sneakers with a mini sweaterdress and baker boy hat. If you want to try a longer hemline, look to Bella Hadid for inspiration. By pairing a little white slip dress with sneakers, she added a streetwear spin on an otherwise flirty look.
