This Hollywood Bra Trend Has Finally Hit the High Street

Over the past 12 months, lingerie has become an important part of red carpet dressing, and we're not talking about magic knickers or invisible shapewear. This time it's all about underwear that you are meant to see. Slogans have been central to Maria Grazia Chiuri's work at Dior, and in most of her runway looks, you'll be able to spot a very visible Dior-emblazoned bra strap (and sometimes even underwear elastic). This trend well and truly swept Hollywood, as the likes of Charlize Theron, Jennifer Lawrence, and Bella Hadid made their underwear a focal part of their red carpet outfits. It was inevitably only a matter of time until this Hollywood trend hit the high street, and it is & Other Stories who has embraced the slogan lingerie trend in a big way. The Scandi store has made pretty black lace bandeaus and triangle bras with white straps that say "Liberte. Egalite. Fraternite." in black capital letters. Keep scrolling to see how the Hollywood set wears slogan bras and to see & Other Stories' spin on the trend.
